Out-of-network? We can provide a superbill for reimbursement. Many clients receive partial reimbursement from their insurance company.

To check your out-of-network benefits, call your insurance provider and ask:

Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient therapy (CPT codes 90791 and 90837)?
What is my out-of-network deductible?
How many sessions are covered per calendar year?
Do I need a pre-authorization?

📅 Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur the full session fee.
