SIERRA HARTSFIELD, LCSW-C, is a Licensed Clinical Social worker and owner of Inspire Me Counseling, LLC. She is licensed in both Maryland and California. Her educational background includes a BS in Family Science from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, School of Social Work.
Sierra has provided therapeutic services for many years, both in-home and office, to children, teens, adults and families. She specializes in treating numerous presenting problems including, depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavior management, bipolar disorder and life transitions.
Based on an individual’s or family’s needs she tailor’s treatment utilizing numerous treatment models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Problem Solving Skills, Anger Management, Relationship Skills, Crisis Management, and Supportive Counseling.
Sierra is also a Board Certified Supervisor with the Board of Social Work Examiners in Maryland. She is also an approved Supervisor in California.
JASMINE GAMBINO, LMSW received her MSW from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, School of Social Work and is licensed in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. Her goal as a therapist is to inspire hope and change by providing a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental environment to build a therapeutic relationship that allows for courageous “self-study”. With understanding self comes clarity, and relief, which in turn creates the opportunity to cultivate new healthy ways to think, feel, and react.
Jasmine believes that by working collaboratively, you will uncover, understand, and overcome challenges including loneliness, guilt, shame, fear, grief, and self-doubt. Sometimes these trials result in mood instability, procrastination, depression, anxiety, trauma, coming of age struggles, anger, impulsivity, eating concerns, interpersonal difficulties, or use/misuse of substances.
Her approach to counseling is holistic, compassionate, eclectic, and collaborative. Jasmine will meet you where you are and adapt her approach to fit your needs by utilizing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Problem Solving Skills, Mindfulness techniques, Anger Management, Relationship Skills, Crisis Management, and Supportive Counseling. Jasmine specializes in helping individuals, particularly adults, teenagers, school-age children, and families.
RAMONA JONES, LMSW, was raised in Syracuse, NY and relocated to the DMV area over 10 years ago when she attended Howard University to obtain her B.S in Psychology with a minor in Human Development. She has always been intrigued by human behavior. From a young child into adulthood, she witnessed and observed the connections between childhood experience and adulthood difficulties. As she began her career as a young adult, she saw more and more the need for advocacy, prevention and interventions that address the mental health crises occurring currently in our communities. Her true calling and passion is to empower people in recognizing their true potential by building resiliency and a strong sense of self. As she continued her educational pursuits, she became empowered by Social Workers in her workplace and pursued her MSW at the University of Maryland, Baltimore and became a Licensed Master Social Worker with a Clinical Primary concentration and a Behavioral Health specialization.
Ramona is licensed in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. She practices from a strength-based, person-centered, non-judgmental, holistic perspective utilizing various treatment modalities based on your unique circumstance. Her main goal is to serve and empower those who seek her services. She has experience working with individuals, couples, and families utilizing several treatment modalities including CBT, Strength based therapy, emotions focused therapy, relationship enhancement therapy, Solution Focused therapy, DBT, brief psychodynamic techniques, narrative and talk therapy.
