Meet The Team

SIERRA HARTSFIELD, LCSW-C, is a Licensed Clinical Social worker and owner of Inspire Me Counseling, LLC. She is licensed in both Maryland and California. Her educational background includes a BS in Family Science from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, School of Social Work. 

Sierra has provided therapeutic services for many years, both in-home and office, to children, teens, adults and families. She specializes in treating numerous presenting problems including, depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavior management, bipolar disorder and life transitions. Based on an individual’s or family’s needs she tailor’s treatment utilizing numerous treatment models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Problem Solving Skills, Anger Management, Relationship Skills, Crisis Management, and Supportive Counseling.

Sierra is a Board Certified Supervisor with the Board of Social Work Examiners in Maryland. She is also an approved Supervisor in California.

Ada Jimenez, LMSW Licensed Master Social Worker. As a first-generation college graduate, she chose a career in social work to be a change agent for those who faced mental health challenges and carried the burden of negative stigma. Ada earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work, at Salisbury University. Her educational journey was driven by a deep understanding of the complex interplay between psychological, social, and environmental factors affecting individuals’ mental health.

Ada specializes in working with both adolescents and adults who are grappling with mental health challenges such as depression and anxiety. She has always believed that everyone deserves to have their voices heard and their mental health challenges addressed without judgment. She understands that every individual’s journey is unique, and she approaches each client with empathy, and respect. Ada listens attentively to her clients, allowing them to express their feelings and thoughts openly.
Ada is licensed in both Washington, DC and Maryland. She understands that no two individuals are the same, and she is committed to tailoring her approach to meet her clients’ unique needs. Ada draws from a diverse array of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Supportive Counseling, and Problem Solving. She accepts clients in Maryland and DC.

Mishla has experience working with a wide range of populations, including veterans, children, families, and individuals navigating complex emotional challenges. She specializes in perinatal mental health and grief, with a particular interest in perinatal loss, postpartum depression, and helping clients manage major life transitions. Her therapeutic style integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), and Seeking Safety to support each client’s unique journey.
